1. The Roofing Is Environmentally Friendly

Clay tiles are made of natural materials, and when they're old or damaged, they can be recycled. Old tiles are often reclaimed so they can be used on roofs that need repairs. In addition, the roofing is energy efficient and helps keep your home cooler, which can reduce your energy bills.

2. Clay Tiles Are Usually Easy To Repair

Clay tiles can be challenging to replace, but fortunately, they are usually easy to repair so they don't have to be replaced. They're strong, so they can even tolerate hail, but occasionally, a tile will crack or a corner will be broken off.
